Mark Zukerberg Stole Snapchat's Feature. He's Not Petty, He's Savage!

On Friday, February 24, 2017, WhatsApp rolled out a new feature which blatantly rips off SnapChat's stories feature.

This is the latest assault from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg on SnapChat. The tech maven has been on a war path with the new social media app after it turned down its offer to buy it.

SnapChat turning down his offer must have hurt like hell. Instagram and WhatsApp couldn't say no to the billions of dollars that Zuckerberg put on the table. SnapChat had the guts to say no and preferred to create its own path.

Since he was shut down by SnapChat, Mark Zuckerberg has added the SnapChat feature on Instagram and now WhatsApp with no sense of remorse. His critics have called him petty but Zuckerberg is a cold stone business man.

"If they turn you down, take them out of business." This is what Mark Zuckerberg is running with and he is winning. In its first 25 weeks, Instagram Stories had 150 million daily users. Bear in mind SnapChat did not hit this number until June 2016.

In January 2017, Tech Crunch reported that SnapChat had experienced a notable decline in stories since Instagram Stories launched. Yeah, Mack Zuckerberg is a savage. If you refuse to join his empire, then you are a threat and he has to take you out.

In the world of business, you cannot afford not to be a savage and cold. If you think business is like a season of Sesame Street, then you will be out of business fast.

Claudio Ranieri is a nice guy that's why he was fired. If he is cold hearted he would have bought top quality football players during the summer transfer window. Unfortunately, he relied on the same over-achievers that won him the league last season.

Mark Zuckerberg is far from finished. He plans on integrating radio, TV and job seeking features on Facebook pretty soon. Business is not a place for babies. Zuckerberg is the first emperor of the social media tech business and he is now crushing kingdoms that won't pay tributes to him.

Most people think of 'superhero' movies as a concept which emanated  in the 21st century. Well, superhero movies are older than quite a number of my reader's grandmothers. *winks*

I mean, if you were told before now than the first production of 'Superman' was in 1948, you totally won't believe that right? Well, I'm here to make you believe it.

8 Nollywood stars we've lost to obscurity in the past few years.

In my own opinion, I'd say that fame is a cruel mistress. Like we've experienced top actors and actresses in top-grossing movies and generally be on top of the world, and the next second, he or she’s faded into obscurity.
For some of them, being a celebrity was probably not what they've expected, something they might never have really wanted, but something that came with the movie-making territory. For others, it was something dangling above their heads,  but just beyond reach.

Nevertheless, whatever the reason might tend to be... well, I've rounded up Nollywood stars who were at the top of  fame mountain at one time and are now, well, lost on its trail, so to speak.

The result of my long-term amebo on Linda Ikeji's Blog(LIB). The comparison...

Before you get the result of my long-term 'amebo', first of all, you have to know a little about Linda Ikeji.

Linda Ikeji was born and raised in a Catholic family from Nkwerre, Imo State. She is the second child. Linda began to express her hobby in writing at the age of 10. Determined to make it in life, she put herself out at the age of 17. She finished secondary school at the age of 17 and, at 18, enrolled at the University of Lagos, where she studied English Language. To assist her family and support herself through school, she had part-time jobs as a waitress, model and writer. Ikeji graduated from the University in 2004. In 2006, she started blogging as a hobby. At that time, the internet was not as pronounced in Nigeria and she had to make her posts at a cybercafe

Linda Ikeji's blog however, as we all know is literally the nations blog. It ranks number one in the recent blog rating with over 50,000 page views per day. A blog with such amount of traffic, will surely provide you with different calibers of readers which we tend to know through their comments.

I'm an addict of LIB and I get inspired when I read about her and how she started. I read her blog on daily basis, sometimes not because of the posts, but because of the 'amebo' in my blood LOL *winks*.
