Google Records All Conversation You Make Around Your Phone. Learn How To Hear And Delete Them

Google’s voice search function doesn’t just turn on when you ask it to. Rather, it records almost everything.

The outlet reports that Google began doing this in June of 2015.

Sounds creepy yet? Well, it gets even worse. You see, you can listen to the recordings Google has stored and associated with your name simply by visiting this webpage the company set up.

The feature works as a way of letting people search with their voice, and storing those recordings presumably lets Google improve its language recognition tools as well as the results that it gives to people.
But it also comes with an easy way of listening to and deleting all of the information that it collects. That’s done through a special page that brings together the information that Google has on you.

How to delete the recordings

Luckily, if you’re not too happy about Google having potentially hours of your voice in its database, you can delete those files.
Beside each file’s title you’ll see a checkbox.

Simply check those boxes and click 'delete'.

How to Stop Google from Recording You Again

Now, as The Independent points out, stopping Google from recording you does result in some limited functionality if you’re using an Android phone or the company’s search.

However, you may be someone whose concern for privacy is much greater than finding what you’re looking for easily. If so, begin by never using Google’s voice search functions again. Follow up by disabling Google’s voice search.

Follow these steps for Android users:
  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Tap the General tab
  3. Under “Personal” find “Language and Input”
  4. Find “Google voice typing” and tap the Settings button
  5. Tap “Ok Google” Detection
  6. “Under the”From the Google app” option, move the slider to the left
You can watch the video below to learn more about Google's creepy recording database:

Forget Pizzerias, This Is The Recipe For Making A Homemade Pizza.

What to do when your friends bump into your home for a visit? Make pizza, of course! Well, not of course, actually. I didn’t think of it until we exhausted Sorry, playing cards or perhaps video game. LOL

But then, on a different note, you will, if you can. Perhaps not for their sake, but for the sake of proving to your friends how good you can be in the kitchen. Well, this post is here to remedy the second phrase, '...if you can'.

ENJOY and SHARE!

  • Prep time: 2 hours
  • Cook time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Makes 2 10-12-inch pizzas
Pizza dough is a yeasted dough which requires active dry yeast. Make sure the check the expiration date on the yeast package.

You can use all purpose flour instead of the bread flour that is called for in the recipe, but bread flour is higher in gluten than all-purpose flour and will make a crispier crust for your pizza.

Ingredients

Pizza Dough: Makes enough dough for two 10-12 inch pizzas
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (105°F-115°F)
  • 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Pizza Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • Cornmeal (to help slide the pizza onto the pizza stone)
  • Tomato sauce (smooth, or purรฉed)
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • Bell peppers, stems and seeds removed, thinly sliced
  • Italian sausage, cooked ahead and crumbled
  • Chopped fresh basil
  • Pesto
  • Pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • Onions, thinly sliced
  • Ham, thinly sliced
Special equipment needed
  • A pizza stone, highly recommended if you want crispy pizza crust
  • A pizza peel or a flat baking sheet
  • A pizza wheel for cutting the pizza, not required, but easier to deal with than a knife

Method

Making the Pizza Dough

1 Proof the yeast: Place the warm water in the large bowl of a heavy duty stand mixer. Sprinkle the yeast over the warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is dissolved.

-After 5 minutes stir if the yeast hasn't dissolved completely. The yeast should begin to foam, which indicates that it is still active and alive.

2 Make and knead the pizza dough: Using the mixing paddle attachment, mix in the flour, salt, sugar, and olive oil on low speed for a minute. Then replace the mixing paddle with the dough hook attachment.

-Knead the pizza dough on low to medium speed using the dough hook until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Note: If you don't have a mixer, you can mix the ingredients together and knead them by hand.
If the dough seems a little too wet, sprinkle it with a little more flour.

3 Put dough in warm place to rise: Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the inside of a large bowl. Place the pizza dough in the bowl and turn it around so that it gets coated with the oil.

-Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place (75-85°F or 21-24°C) until it doubles in size, at least 1 to 1¹៸₂ hours.

-You can let it sit for several hours if you want. The longer rise will improve the flavor of the pizza crust.
If you don't have a warm spot in the house you can heat the oven to 150°F or 65.5°C, and then turn off the oven.

-Let the oven cool till it is just a little warm, then place the bowl of dough in this warmed oven to rise.
At this point, if you want to make ahead, you can freeze the dough in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Preparing the Pizzas

1 Preheat pizza stone: Place a pizza stone on a rack in the lower third of your oven. Preheat the oven to 450°F for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour.

2 Punch down dough, divide into two balls: Remove the plastic cover from the dough and punch the dough down so it deflates a bit. Divide the dough in half.

-Form two round balls of dough. Place each in its own bowl, cover with plastic and let sit for 10 minutes.

3 Prep toppings: Prepare your desired toppings. Note that you are not going to want to load up each pizza with a lot of toppings as the crust will end up not crisp that way.

-About a third a cup each of tomato sauce and cheese would be sufficient for one pizza. One to two mushrooms thinly sliced will cover a pizza.

4 Flatten dough ball, and stretch out into a round: Working one ball of dough at a time, take one ball of dough and flatten it with your hands on a slightly floured work surface.

-Starting at the center and working outwards, use your fingertips to press the dough to 1/2-inch thick. Turn and stretch the dough until it will not stretch further.

-Let the dough relax 5 minutes and then continue to stretch it until it reaches the desired diameter - 10 to 12 inches.

-Use your palm to flatten the edge of the dough where it is thicker. You can pinch the very edges if you want to form a lip.

5 Brush dough top with olive oil: Brush the top of the dough with olive oil (to prevent it from getting soggy from the toppings). Use your finger tips to press down and make dents along the surface of the dough to prevent bubbling. Let rest another 5 minutes.

-Repeat with the second ball of dough.

6 Sprinkle pizza peel with corn meal, put flattened dough on top: Lightly sprinkle your pizza peel (or flat baking sheet) with corn meal. (The corn meal will act as little ball bearings to help move the pizza from the pizza peel into the oven.)

-Transfer one prepared flattened dough to the pizza peel.

-If the dough has lost its shape in the transfer, lightly shape it to the desired dimensions.

7 Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with toppings: Spoon on the tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and place your desired toppings on the pizza.

8 Sprinkle cornmeal on pizza stone, slide pizza onto pizza stone in oven: Sprinkle some cornmeal on the baking stone in the oven (watch your hands, the oven is hot!). Gently shake the peel to see if the dough will easily slide, if not, gently lift up the edges of the pizza and add a bit more cornmeal.

-Slide the pizza off of the peel and on to the baking stone in the oven.

9 Bake pizza: Bake pizza one at a time until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 10-15 minutes. If you want, toward the end of the cooking time you can sprinkle on a little more cheese.

5 Common But Notable Things Men Do When They're In Love.

People nowadays tend to build up grand expectations as to what a man’s love should look like. That means our genuine attempts at expressing affection often go unappreciated – or worse, unnoticed.

Some women go extra mile to undermine a man's effort to make sure she's happy...

Well, Here are best 5 ways the average man lets his woman know he loves her.

ENJOY and SHARE!

1.  He shows respect

This is the foundation for everything that follows. If a man does not respect the woman he’s with – if he sees her as little more than an object to fulfill his fantasies or make him feel wanted – he doesn’t love her. He may lust after her – but not love her.

When a man truly adores his partner, they are equals in his eyes. He talks to her not as someone who should be following orders or bending to his will and values but as someone with valid ideas, viewpoints and feelings.

2. He remembers important things

When a man’s in love, key things about his partner never escape his memory. He remembers what sort of drinks or coffee she likes and what her favorite song is. Of course, he remembers her birthday and their anniversary.

Why wouldn’t he? Love is one of the most obsessive natural human behaviors. This is actually healthy – as long as the love is reciprocal, that is.

3. He fights for what he wants...

By the time a man is ready to settle down in love, he will have had roughly six hookups. Seriously, people have studied this.

Those 6 women will leave his life relatively quickly. Truth is, he probably didn’t fight very hard to keep them around. He probably didn’t think too deeply about making it through rough patches in those ‘relationships’ or working to fix his mistakes.

The only woman a man will do things like that for is the one he loves. He knows true love is not easily replaceable. He knows that if he lets the love of his life walk away, he may never find a woman like her again. So he fights.

4. He tries to make himself a better person for her sake

Love can make even the sloppiest of guys attempt to get their act together. It’s not even so much that he wants to flatter his partner with a false impression. He just holds them in such high regard that he won’t subject them to anything but his best possible self.

In other words, when a man is in love he genuinely wants to become a better person. He knows his partner deserves that much.

5. He's honest

There’s no shortage of men out there who can put on a really convincing mask. They’ll say all the right things to make themselves appear like the ‘perfect man.’

But when a man truly loves a woman, that’s not even an option. He’s not going to just ‘play along’ on dates with the intention of getting in her pants. He’ll stand by his values, even if she tugs him in the opposite direction.

Why? Because he knows the value of honesty in a relationship. He’s not going to mislead his partner, only to disappoint her down the road. He loves her, so he’s honest and upfront.

Fellow men, if you feel like you’ve got reason to be anything but honest and upfront with a serious partner, you’re probably in the wrong relationship.

Stop These 8 Habbits, They Damage Your Kidneys!

The kidneys are two bean-shaped organs, each about the size of a fist, located just below the rib cage on each side of the spine. Every single day, the kidneys filter about 120-150 quarts of urine, waste and excess fluid to prevent the buildup of waste in the body.

The kidneys keep electrolyte levels stable and produce hormones that help regulate blood pressure, make red blood cells and keep bones strong.

If the kidneys sound pretty important, that’s because they are. Healthy kidneys are vital to keeping everything in the body running smoothly. Damage to the kidneys can often go unnoticed, so it’s important to take preventative measures to ensure kidney health.

Here’s a list of ten common habits that you might not realize are putting a lot of pressure on your kidneys and may lead to serious kidney damage over time.

ENJOY and SHARE!

1. Not drinking enough water

One of the important functions of the kidneys is to filter blood and get rid of toxins and waste materials that can harm the body. When you don’t drink enough water, those toxins and waste materials start to accumulate, eventually causing severe damage.

2. Consuming too much salt

The body does need sodium to work properly, but an excess of sodium can cause damage. Most people consume too much, which can raise blood pressure and put stress on the kidneys.

3. Holding urine

This might sound odd, but almost everyone does it. The urge often comes during a car ride, in the middle of a phone call, or when there isn’t a bathroom nearby. Holding in urine on a regular basis increases pressure, which can lead to kidney failure and kidney stones. When nature calls, it’s best to listen.

4. Taking too much coffee

Coffee contains caffeine, and caffeine can raise blood pressure and put extra stress on the kidneys, just as salt can. Over time, excess coffee consumption (or caffeine consumption, such as energy drinks) can lead to kidney damage.

5. Consuming too much protein sourced from animals

Consuming an excess of animal protein (especially red meat) increases the metabolic load on the kidneys. The more animal protein one consumes, the harder the kidneys have to work, which can cause stress and lead to kidney damage.

6. Taking too much alcohol

Consuming too much alcohol doesn't only damage your kidney but also damages your liver as well. Most people enjoy a glass of wine or a beer here and there, but more than one drink several times a week can raise the risk of kidney damage. Alcohol puts stress on the kidneys and the liver.

7. Abusing painkillers

Both over-the-counter and prescription drugs are commonly taken for aches and pains without concern about the harmful side effects that may arise. Excessive use or abuse of painkillers can lead to severe kidney and liver damage.

8. Depriving yourself of sleep

Chronic sleep deprivation is linked to many health problems, including kidney disease. The body works while sleeping to repair kidney tissue that may be damaged, so depriving the body of sleep makes it harder to heal.

6 Signs Your Guardian Angel Is Still Guarding You

Guardian angels are commonly viewed as heavenly messengers from God. They are sent to give people guidance in their lives or protect them from harm.

There is another line of thought that equates angels to spiritual beings that exist at a different frequency than us humans. They are on Earth to help people find their true calling and path for life. Angels support and love those they are sent to care for. both with their unseen energy and with little signs to help move people along the right path.

These signs are often small and insignificant, but, more often than not, those who receive them will feel great joy.

1. Random Touch Or Feeling:

Sometimes one just feels the presence of something that is not there. This could be a touch, an emotional feeling, or even just a presence.
“Your angels may reach out to you, very subtly and wrap you in their wings of love, brush your arm or neck, or gently place their hand on your back or shoulder. Sometimes angels will make their presence very obvious, giving you an overwhelming sense of unconditional love.(source)

2. Signs In The Cloud

Symbols in the clouds is also a well-known sign angels like to send. It is not uncommon to see hearts, flowers, or even the shape of an angel in the clouds. This is your guardian angel checking in.

3. Noticing Random Beauty

If you are having an awful day and suddenly see something beautiful and uplifting, this is a sign from your angel.
“Angels are the masters at helping you snap out of this lower state, and assisting to bring you back up to a higher vibrational state – and many times, all it takes is one sign! Next time, remember to point out your beautiful sign to others – it will no doubt raise up their energy as well!” (source)

4. Feather

One of the most common signs of angels is a small feather. This is especially true if the feather is found somewhere where feathers are not commonly found. Angels like to leave feathers as a reminder that they are there, and watching over us. This is especially true if someone has found a white feather (Source).

5. Rainbows

If one sees a rainbow that appears without the presence of rain, this is more than likely a sign sent by an angel. They like to remind us that they are around so that we know we are not alone.

6. Baby or Animal Random Reactions

Babies and animals are commonly more perceptive of angels than adults are. My children often smile or wave to nothing. When that happens, it could mean there is an angel near by.

7 Shocking Facts You Need To Know About The First Dog In Space, Laika.

In the early days of rocket science, no one knew what the effects of weightlessness would be. Animals — mainly dogs, monkeys and chimps — were used to test the safety and feasibility of launching a living being into space and bringing it back unharmed.

Laika (1954 – November 3, 1957) was a Soviet space dog who became one of the first animals in space, and the first animal to orbit the Earth

Laika’s journey into Earth’s orbit was a landmark moment in human history. It was a testimony to what can be accomplished that paved the way for some of mankind’s greatest achievements..

1. Laika was a stray dog

Before the space program, Laika had no home. She was a mongrel dog, found wandering the streets of Moscow.

Strays, like Laika, were sought out by the Soviet Union. While the Americans preferred to send monkeys into space, the Soviets found dogs easier to train. They had a team that gathered strays off the streets. The hardship these mutts endured, they believed, made them tough enough to handle the harsh conditions of space.

She wasn’t the first stray the Soviets had strapped inside a rocket. Another dog, named Albina, had already flown halfway into orbit and made it back alive. She would be Laika’s backup.
Another dog named Mushka would be used to test the life support.

Mushka, like Laika, was a stray, but the hardships of the space program were too much for her. During training, Mushka became so terrified that she wouldn’t touch her food.

2. They knew she'd die:
Unlike Albina, Laika wasn’t going to come back. The satellite they’d built wasn’t equipped for a safe reentry. They knew that she would not survive the trip home. Laika would spend a few days in orbit above the Earth. Then, she would be euthanized with poison in her dog food.

Outside of the Soviet Union, Laika’s doomed mission was an outrage. The British, in particular, campaigned to stop the mission. The Daily Mirror ran an article with the headline, “The Dog Will Die, We Can’t Save It.” The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals urged people to call the Soviet embassy and complain. Others held a moment of silence each day at 11:00 AM in quiet protest.

The Soviets didn’t understand why they were so upset. “The Russians love dogs,” they responded in a statement. “This has been done not for the sake of cruelty but for the benefit of humanity.”

Laika, however, may have been chosen because of the cruelty of the mission. According to some, Albina was the first choice, but she was kept on the ground out of respect. Albina had already done her job. Laika went into space so that Albina could live.

3. Her death was avoidable:

Laika’s death was avoidable. In the original plan, Laika was to come home. The Soviets had boasted that she would have all the comforts she needed to survive and return home safely.

All that changed, though, because of Khrushchev. Khrushchev viewed Laika’s journey as a piece of propaganda, and he wanted it timed to perfection. He wanted Sputnik 2 to blast off on the 40th Anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution, and he ordered the scientists to rush the job so he could get the date right.

The original plans for a return mission had to be scrapped. The scientists now had four weeks to make the first spacecraft capable of sending a living thing into orbit. It was enough time to do it, but not enough to make one that could come back.

“All traditions developed in rocket technology were thrown out,” one of the scientists, Boris Chertok, said. “The second satellite was created without preliminary design, or any kind of design.”

4. Kaika Spent Weeks In Increasingly Smaller Cages

Sputnik 2 was little bigger than a washing machine. Inside, Laika wouldn’t even have enough space to turn around, and, to make sure she didn’t, she would be chained in a single spot. She would have the freedom to sit and to lie down and to do nothing else.

To get her ready, Laika and the other dogs were put into smaller and smaller cages. She would be left locked up in claustrophobic conditions for up to 20 days. Then she’d be pulled into an even tighter space.

Trapped in the cages, the dogs became constipated. They refused to relieve themselves, even when the scientists fed them laxatives. The only way they could get them to adapt to these spaces, the scientists learned, was to make them live through it, and so the dogs stayed in their cages until they’d forgotten they’d ever been anywhere else.

5. A Scientist Brought Her Home To See Her Kids Before The Journey

The day before the launch, Dr. Vladimir Yazdovsky brought Laika home. For the last four weeks, he had been closer to her than anyone. He had led the team the picked Laika after the streets, he’d trained her, and he’d personally chosen her to go into space.

Dr. Yazdovsky brought her home so that his children could play with her. For one last moment before her last day on Earth, he let her experience life as a domesticated dog with a loving family. “I wanted to do something nice for her,” Dr. Yazdovsky said. “She had so little time left to live.”

In the morning, she would be put into a rocket, sent into space, and would never return. Dr. Yazdovsky brought her to launch site and the team said their goodbyes.

“After placing Laika in the container and closing the hatch, we kissed her nose and wished her bon voyage,” one of the men later said, “knowing that she would not survive the flight.”

6. Unlike other dogs, Laika Was terrified AF as she left for orbit!

Laika wasn’t launched that day. For the next three days, she was grounded inside the spacecraft, waiting on Earth. There had been a malfunction that had to be repaired, and so Laika was kept in freezing cold temperatures, unable to move.

The scientists did their best to take care of her. A hose from an air conditioner was set up to keep her warm, and Dr. Yazdovsky had his men keep a constant eye on her. Finally, on November 3, 1957, Laika took off.

As the spacecraft blasted off of the Earth and into space, Laika panicked. Her heart rate and breathing speed up to three times their normal rate as the small, confused dog tried to understand what was happening to her.

When Laika became weightless, she started to calm down. For the first time in Earth’s history, a living thing was floating in space, seeing the Earth and the stars from outside of its atmosphere. Her heart slowed, and she became to relax, but she would never again calm down to the heart rate she had on Earth.

7. She Disintegrated On Re-Entry

After five months and 2,570 orbits around the Earth, the satellite that had become Laika’s coffin fell down to the Earth. It streaked across the sky while people around the world watched, creating a small panic in the United States.

“Shortly after midnight on April 14, 1958, UFO sightings were reported by reliable witnesses along the east coast of the United States,” one report said. “They reported a brilliant bluish-white object moving high across the sky at incredible speed.

According to reports, it suddenly turned red, and several small objects detached from the main object and fell into formation behind it.”

The UFO was Sputnik 2, and the detached objects were the pieces of the capsule being torn apart on reentry. Laika and the capsule disintegrated as they rushed toward the Earth. Her body never touched the ground.

Here Are Some Causes Of White Tongue And How To Fix It!

A normal tongue is meant to be red in colour, so if your tongue has a different colour, then there obvious is a problem. The tongue is covered with papillae – small nodules on the tongue that give it a rough texture.

When food debris, bacteria and dead cells become lodged between inflamed papillae, white tongue occurs. It’s usually harmless and temporary, but it can also be an indication of an infection or a serious condition.

The most common cause of white tongue is dehydration. A dry mouth is a breeding ground for bacteria. Brushing your teeth and tongue less than twice a day increases your risk of developing white tongue. It can also be caused by an overgrowth of candida, which is a fungus that causes yeast infections or oral thrush.

Candida often lives inside the mouth. The problem arises when it accumulates. It can spread to the roof of the mouth, the gums, tongue, tonsils and the back of the throat. This creates white tongue, lesions, redness and even bleeding.
White tongue that cannot be scraped off and doesn’t go away after using antifungal treatments may be the result of a more serious condition. A white tongue accompanied by a sore throat may be symptoms of strep throat. White tongue can be caused by any of these factors:

  • Dehydration
  • Poor oral hygiene
  • Illness or infection
  • Dry mouth
  • Fever
  • Reaction to certain medications, such as antibiotics or steroids
  • Candida yeast infection (oral thrush)
  • Smoking or tobacco use
  • Alcohol use
  • Spicy food such as habanero and jalepeno peppers
  • Congenital heart disease in adults

Natural Treatment for white tongue:

1. Baking Soda:

Baking soda is able to exfoliate the tongue, removing any residue that causes white tongue. It also helps maintain good pH levels in the mouth by neutralizing acids. Simply mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice until it creates a paste. Add the mixture to your toothbrush, then brush your tongue and mouth.

2. Oil Pulling

Coconut oil pulling is a great way to remove bacteria from the mouth. Research has shown it to be just as effective as mouthwash at improving bad breath and reducing the microorganisms that can cause bacteria buildup in the mouth. Swish 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes then spit it out in the trash. Rinse your mouth with warm water then brush your teeth as usual.

3. Sea Salt:

Thanks to the natural antibacterial properties of sea salt, gargling can help eliminate bacteria in the mouth that causes white tongue. The coarse texture of sea salt also works as an exfoliate. Combine sea salt and water to create a mouthwash. Use the mouthwash, then brush your teeth and tongue with the sea salt.

4. Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe Vera has natural antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s commonly used to heal infections and treat burns. It can be used to remove dead cells and destroy bacteria in the mouth. Swish 1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera juice in your mouth 2-3 times daily until the coating his disappeared.

5. Probiotics

Oral thrush and white tongue can be caused by an imbalance of healthy bacteria in your gut. Eating probiotic foods helps to balance your bacteria and treat health conditions related to candida. Probiotic foods include kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, miso soup, dark chocolate and kimchi.

This Is What Happenes To You When You Stop Having Sex

The importance of a regular and healthy sex life is often underestimated. However, there are 8 good reasons why you should not neglect the sex life, most especially if you're married.
Nevertheless, this is what happens to your body when you stop having sex.

READ and SHARE!

1. You get sick more often:

If you haven’t had sex for a long time, the immune system  will become significantly weaker. Germs have an easier job of spreading in the body and you can get the flu or catch a cold or more easily. So, have more sex to be more healthy!

2. The dreams change:

Suddenly, some people have not a regular sex and notice that they have strange dreams. It means that you start dreaming about sex and have orgasms in your sleep.

3. The risk of cancer increases:

When men don’t have sex for a longer period of time, the risk of prostate cancer increases. So, men should “flush out” the pipes because the risk is significantly reduced.
For all these reasons, you should make love more regularly, shouldn’t you?

4. A hole will start to develop between you and your partner:

When a couple in a relationship rarely sleep together, their distance becomes greater. You start to have uncertainties related to your partner. Moreover, other people will be more attractive to you.

5. It lowers the self-worth feeling:

It is a fact that a person’s self-worth is harmed, if the individual does not regularly feel desired. However, the lack of sex is affecting a person’s well-being, and is leading to depression and sadness when sex is not present in their lives. Studies have shown that regular sex helps in fighting  depression. Sometimes, It can even work as antidepressant.

6. You'll lose the desire to have sex:

If you’re having a prolonged dry spell in sexual sense, than production of sex hormones reduces. You do not like to have sex because you have been abstinent for a while. Additionally, your libido will feel different and this is due to the fact that sex hormones are slowly vanishing.

7. It becomes harder to get aroused:

If people don’t regularly have sex, it’s difficult to become aroused. Men can have problems having erections while women are hard to have an orgasm. So, you have to be sure that the “switch”  is always on.

8. Wet dreams occurs more frequently:

Suddenly, some people have not a regular sex and notice that they have strange dreams. It means that you start dreaming about sex and have orgasms in your sleep.

Find Out How Taking Selfies Cause THESE Mental And Personality Disorders!

All of us have one or two friends we’ve seriously considered holding a selfie intervention for. And thanks to some new information, we’ve now got a few genuine reasons to be concerned. You see, psychologists have linked compulsive selfie-taking to a number of mental health and personality issues.
‘Oh, but surely that only applies to people who take an insane amount of selfies,’ you might be thinking. Actually, no. According to the American Psychiatric Association, even just three selfies daily is cause for concern.
Let’s take a look at a few of the issues experts say are at play in compulsive selfie taking.

1. Narcissism

Research has shown that individuals with higher narcissistic personality traits tend to post more selfies on social media. Editing a selfie before posting it is a sign of even greater narcissism.

Narcissistic individuals need admiration to function. Posting a selfie allows them to get this admiration by way of likes and comments. This sort of admiration is incredibly misleading due to the disingenuous nature of social media. That doesn’t stop it from going to a narcissist’s head, of course.

2. Body Dysmorphic Disorder

“Two out of three of all the patients who come to see me with body dysmorphic disorder since the rise of camera phones have a compulsion to repeatedly take and post selfies on social media sites,” says psychiatrist Dr. David Veale (Via).

One British teenager with the disorder actually tried to kill himself when he couldn’t get a perfect selfie. 19-year-old Danny Bowman spent 10 hours taking up to 200 selfies every single day. He didn’t leave his house for six straight months.
Of course, Danny’s case is extreme. But the near-universal nature of his following statement sends shivers down my spine:
“The only thing I cared about was having my phone with me so I could satisfy the urge to capture a picture of myself at any time of the day.”
In body dysmorphic disorder patients, compulsive selfie-taking often accompanies an eating disorder.

3. Low Self Esteem:

According to mental health expert Tina Sadri, behavior such as frequent selfie posting “may be little more than a self-presentational strategy to compensate for very low and fragile self-esteem.”
While selfies may seem to boost one’s self-esteem, they actually do so in a negative way.

“Teenagers are often driven by insecurity to construct a desirable persona, they are particularly vulnerable to the negative side of self-portraiture,” says psychologist Lucie Hemmen. “If a young girl poses provocatively and gets 300 likes for that photo, that’s false self-esteem for that kid.” (Via)

How To Chill Your Drinks To 5°C In Only 2 Minutes, Without A Fridge; Using This Technique

You probably might have been there, inviting a few friends over or perhaps, you're expecting a full house ― and then realize that you haven't chilled your drinks just when your guests have arrived.
What you have on your hands is a true party emergency. So, how do you chill your drinks in time for you to be able to chill out with your friends without feeling like a bad host? Well, read on to find out...

1. Fill a thick glass bowl with water and ice:

The thicker and more insulated the bowl, the better. It should be able to trap the cold water and ice mixture. Add as much ice to the water as you can, but not so much that it prevents the entire beverage container from being submerged into the water. A 50/50 mix of ice and water is a good rule of thumb. If you just need to chill one or a few drinks, this is fine. If you have to chill many drinks, you’re better off using a cooler or even your bathtub.

2. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

A small handful should do. The salt will disassociate into its constituent sodium and chloride ions. The water molecules, being polar, will orient themselves accordingly. This is work, and work requires energy which comes from thermal energy in the water, thus reducing the ambient temperature further.

3. Put your drinks in the ice water solution and rapidly stir them.

Stirring the drinks will help the heat transfer out of your drink and into the ice solution more quickly.

4. Wait two minutes.

The temperature should have fallen dramatically in a very short time. If it needs more time chilling, stir the remaining drinks in the salted ice water for another minute or two.

5. Pour your cold drink into a glass.

It should now be about the perfect temperature to quench your thirst — and the thirst of your guests. Just be careful: if you put in a carbonated drink like a soda, give it some time to settle before you pour it.

8 Celebs Who Look More Than A Decade Younger Than Their Age

1. Halle Berry:

50year-old actress Halle Berry looks pretty much the same now as she did 19years ago. The actress, known for her role as Storm in the X-Men franchise and her Oscar winning turn in Monster's Ball (among numerous other films), reveals her one beauty obsession is keeping her skin in tip-top shape.

“What is high maintenance about me is my skincare regime, and it's been like that since I was 14,” she said. “I've always cleansed, toned and moisturized twice a day, every day. I think it's so important for ensuring an even complexion."

Berry is diabetic, but even if she wasn't she'd steer clear of sugar – she believes it's poison "for both your system and your skin. I avoid sugar and that helps with anti-aging. I use Xylitol as a sugar substitute and give it to my daughter", she said.

2. Martha Stewart

75-year-old Martha Stewart, lifestyle guru and former model, is as much a perfectionist about health and beauty as she is about her business empire.

While Stewart has admitted to Botox and fillers, she has a distinct and unusual health regimen that she adheres to daily:
• To keep her hair thick and healthy, she avoids hair spray or even using a hairbrush.
• Because she works with her hands so much, she keeps them young-looking with massage and yoga exercises.
• Martha drinks the juice of a whole lemon every morning. She washes her face with silicone soap, and finishes with ultra expensive Creme de la Mer moisturizer.

She outlines her beauty tips in her book Living The Good Long Life, a practical guide for the 40-and-over crowd.

3. Jane Fonda

Hard to believe, but Jane Fonda is 78 years old! A multi-award winning actress and former fitness guru, Fonda is a healthy living advocate, but hasn't shied away from plastic surgery.

However, she's not proud of it – for her it became an addiction. She previously revealed she turned to bulimia, anorexia, exercise addiction and plastic surgery to heal herself from the emotional wounds she experienced during childhood.

4. Paul Rudd

It has been proven than Paul Rudd has not aged in 15 years. He's 47 now, but we can't wrap our heads around that.

5. Thomas Brodie Sangster

You'd think Jojen on Game of Thrones would be the same age as Brandon Stark, right? Or perhaps, he would be within the age bracket of 15-17? Nope. He's 26.

6. Sandra Bullock

It feels like Miss Congeniality came out the other day, but it's been 14 years and Sandy B is 52, if you can believe it.

7. Jennifer Lopez

JLo (Jennifer Lopez) seems to have defied Father Time – at 47 she doesn't look a day over 30.

Lopez, who gave birth to twins in Emme and Maximillian in 2008, attributes keeping fit and fantastic to a gluten-free, mostly vegan diet and rigorous 90-minute workouts with her trainer, Tracy Anderson.

8. Christie Brinkley:

Former supermodel Christie Brinkley (who doesn't look older than 35) will hit 63 on February 2, 2017.

Despite a tumultuous life, which includes four divorces (one of which was an explosive public divorce with architect Peter Cook in 2008) and a helicopter crash, Brinkley credits her three kids – musician Alexa Ray Joel, 28, college freshman Jack Brinkley-Cook, 18, and up-and-coming model Sailor Brinkley-Cook, 15 – as her fountain of youth and her motivation to focus on a healthy lifestyle.

9.  Apasra Hongsakula

52years have passed since Apasra Hongsakula was Thailand's first Miss Universe. She's stayed out of the spotlight since, but sometime in 2014, pictures of the then 67-year-old–  still looking remarkably youthful – spread online. What's her secret?

While Hongsakula does look considerably younger than her years (and is rumored to have spent THB 2.5 million on anti-aging treatments and plastic surgery), she hasn't exactly shaved a half century off her age, despite what you've seen on the internet.
