First of all lemme start by introducing the boy behind this meme. 

His name is Jake Amo, he's just four(4). 

This picture was taken in his village Asempanaye Koforidua, Ghana, at a local creative workshop organized by a U.S based artist who goes by the name Solomon Adufah.

Solomon Adufah who organized the workshop innocently uploaded this little kid's picture on his Instagram page, never saw this coming...

Solomon, described the kid as gentle and quiet.
